Our Pricing
Initial Physiotherapy Assessment:
An initial physiotherapy assessment prior to commencing 1:1 physio-led reformer pilates. A 45 minute assessment, detailing medial history, injury history, a full assessment, and curation of treatment plan.

Postnatal Check:
A postpartum check from 6 weeks post delivery. A 45 minute assessment, detailing medial history, your pregnancy experience, your journey through postpartum, a full assessment, and curation of tailored exercise plan.

1:1 Physio-Led Reformer Pilates
A 50 minute sessions led by our physio Sophie. Tailored to your individual needs and varied every session.
One session: £65
Package of 5 sessions: £300
Package of 10 sessions: £550
Small group physio-led reformer pilates
A 50 minute sessions led by our physio Sophie. Three people maximum in the class.
Pay as you go: £35
Package of 5 classes: £165
Package of 10 sessions: £300
We also offer private 2:1 and 3:1 classes. If you have a friend/family member and would like to commit to regular session we’d love to work with you. Please get in contact to inform us of your plan but please feel free to book a regular 1:1 slot online to reserve your preferred time.

We are currently not registered with standard private health insurance companies due to the specialist nature of the clinic. However, you may be able to use your insurance in certain circumstances, for example if you have a health cash plan or insurance that allows you to submit an invoice for reimbursement after treatment is complete.

Yes of course. We are here to help you feel confident and safe with movement. We will talk you through every step of the session ensuring you feel comfortable throughout.

Please wear clothes suitable for gentle forms of exercise. We have space for you to change if needed but no showers on site.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, you will be charged a £20 late cancellation fee for cancelling within that period of time.

Please book via our booking site linked throughout the webpage. This allows you to book as many sessions as required.

Our booking system lets you store your card details. This allows you to book packages online, this will then automatically link to your appointments.
Storing your card details allows your card to be charged automatically after your appointment, reducing admin time during your session.
You can pay in person but we strongly recommend you pay through the booking site.

Yes! You can do this through our booking site under ‘gift cards’, over email, or in person.
